Anne Kelly is the President of Kelly & Kelly Insurance Services. Anne heads up the Enrollment, Eligibility & ACA Reporting Services Department for clients using EASE Central for online enrollment, billings, eligibility and ACA Variable Hours Tracking and ACA reporting including 1095, 1094 and related IRS Shared Responsibility Reporting.
Anne’s formal education as a Cost Accountant provides unique framework for the complexities of understanding the Affordable Care Act’s Employer Shared Responsibility IRS rules.
Anne has over 25 years in the sales and administration of employee benefit programs. She is an expert in client eligibility and reporting services, and uses her knowledge of accounting the steer employers through the myriad of IRS rules and forms required by ACA.
Prior to starting Kelly & Kelly Insurance Services, Anne spent three years managing Colonial Life & Accident Insurances’s West Coast Regional TPA office, which was responsible for administering Colonial’s section 12 plans.
Anne’s experience encompasses all aspects of employee benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, disability, EAP programs and voluntary programs. In and effort to better service her clients, her staff have become experts in online enrollment, billings, eligibility and employer reporting for the ACA. Kelly & Kelly Insurance Services uses EASE Central to provide a unique service to employers, by taking over the eligibility functions from the HR Department, to free them from this tedious and time-consuming task. Staff process all open enrollment, as well as new hire applications and terminations throughout the year. Anne Kelly personally oversees these functions to ensure their accuracy with qualified support staff.
Anne is an approved instructor by the California Department of Insurance and Dearborn (now Kaplan) on Disability Insurance and Section 125 pre-tax plans. Anne is a frequent speaker at the National Association of Health Underwriters and various employer groups. Anne has previously served on the board of the Orange County Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (OCAHU and NAHU), Advisory Board of Word & Brown General Agency Kelly & Kelly Insurance Services Inc. has been Corporate Sponsor of Auto Dealers Office Managers Association (ADOMA) Annual Convention.
